Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This page is maintained by Fortis One Holdings ("Fortis One," "we," "us") to explain what information we collect through fortisonegov.com and the Fortis One platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers public website visitors and the executives at state agencies who contact us about pilots and deployments.

1. Who we are

Fortis One Holdings is a private U.S. technology company building a white-label benefits navigation platform for state governments. We are not a government agency and we do not represent any federal or state authority. The "gov" in our domain refers to the government audience we serve, not government ownership.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and operate the site:

  • Contact form submissions — name, title, organization, email, phone, and your message. You provide this voluntarily.
  • Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we retain the message and any attachments you send.
  • Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps, retained for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.

3. How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and schedule briefings or demos.
  • To send follow-up materials you've asked for (proposals, Letters of Intent).
  • To protect the site from abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. The Fortis One platform (state agency deployments)

When Fortis One is deployed for a state agency, resident benefits data is processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement with that agency. The agency is the data controller; Fortis One is the processor and follows the agency's instructions, retention rules, and security requirements. This website privacy policy does not govern those deployments — refer to your state's notice of privacy practices.

5. Sharing

We share information only with vetted service providers that help us operate the business (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require confidentiality and security. We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Fortis One or the public.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our possession, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have shared with us by emailing founder@fortisonegov.com. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) have additional rights under state privacy laws and may submit requests using the same contact.

9. Children

This website is intended for government professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
